- Rugby League Trials for 14-15 and 16-18 Years Boys have changed locations. They will now be held at Highfields Sport & Recreation Park (Rugby Fields), Highfields on 06/03/2025

- 10-19 Years Squash Boys trials will be on the same day as the Girls trials now (Tuesday, 1 April 2025)

- 13-14 Years Girls Cricket Trials have been rescheduled for 26/03/2025. They are no longer happening on the 11/03/2025.

- Water Polo 15-18 Years Girls Final Trial is postponed. NEW DATE - THURSDAY MARCH 13th 2025.
- Netball 13-15 & 16-19 Years Girls Trials are postponed. NEW DATE - THURSDAY MARCH 20th 2025.
- Cricket 10-12 Years Boys Trial and City vs. Country match are postponed. NEW DATE - MONDAY MARCH 24th - TUESDAY MARCH 25th 2025.
- Volleyball 16-19 Years Boys & Girls Trials are postponed. NEW DATE - TUESDAY MARCH 25th 2025.
- Basketball 17-19 Years Boys & Girls Trials are postponed. NEW DATE - FRIDAY MARCH 21st 2025.
- Cricket 10-12 Years Girls Trial is rescheduled. NEW DATE - FRIDAY MARCH 21st 2025.
- Rugby League 14-15 & 16-18 Years Boys Trials were rescheduled. Trials were conducted on Wednesday, 5th March 2025.
- Hockey 13-15 & 16-19 Years Boys Trials are rescheduled. NEW DATE - THURSDAY MARCH 20th 2025.
- Rugby League 14-15 & 16-18 Years Girls Trials are rescheduled. NEW DATE - FRIDAY MARCH 21st 2025.
- Orienteering 10-19 Years Boys & Girls Trial venue has been confirmed - The Glen 'Dadirri'
- Cricket 15-19 Years Girls State Championships have been postponed. New dates TBC
- Tennis 13-19 Years Boys & Girls State Championships have been postponed. New dates TBC

- Cricket 15-19 Years Girls State Championships have been cancelled indefinitely
- 10-19 Years Boys & Girls Golf State Championship has confirmed a venue - Gaines Golf Club, Wacol (Met West)
- Tennis 13-19 Years Boys & Girls State Championships have been cancelled indefinitely

- Cricket 13-14 Years Boys State Championships venue confirmed: Rockhampton Cricket Grounds & Kalka Shades, Rockhampton
- Cricket 13-14 Girls Trials will now be conducted from 10am-2pm at Highfields Sport and Recreation Park (Cricket Nets)
Note changes as of 02/04/2025:
- Netball 10-12 Years Boys & Girls DD Trials have been resheduled for 02/04/2025 and have also been moved to occur in the Clive Berghofer Arena at St Mary's College, Toowoomba
- Netball 10-11 Years Mixed DD Trials have been resheduled for 03/04/2025 and have also been moved to occur in the Clive Berghofer Arena at St Mary's College, Toowoomba
- Rugby 7s 15-16 & 17-18 Years Girls DD Trials have been postponed due to wet weather. They will now happen on Thursday 24th April 2025.
- Hockey 10-12 Years Boys & Girls DD Trials have been postponed due to wet weather. They will now happen on Thursday 24th April 2025.

- Netball 10-11 Years Mixed State Championships will now be held at the Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct
Note changes as of 14/05/2025:
- Cross Country 10-19 Years QRSS State Championships has moved locaion. They will now be held at St Joseph's Nudgee College, Boondall (MN)

- Cross Country Outfitting will now be happening Tuesday 15th July, no longer Wednesday 16th July.
Note changes as of 09/06/2025:
- 13-14 & 15-16 Futsal DD Trialss (Girls & Boys) have changed dates. They will now happen on Tuesday 5th August 2025. Same venues.
Note changes as of 19/08/2025:
- 13-19 Years Track & Field Trials have been rescheduled to happen Monday 25th August (Track) and Tuesday 26th August (Field) due to the weather. Track on Monday will still happen at the Glennie School, and Field on Tuesday will still happen at O'Quinn Street Oval.
